You (“You”, “Your/s”, “Client/s”, or “User/s”) as the Client, please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://MentorVivek.com website and the Services rendered by us (“Service/s”) operated by MentorVivek.com or Vivek Varma (“Us”, “We”, or “Our/s”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Limited Liability

Anyone who pays for accessing or using the Service must accept this clause before making the payment and if the customer has already paid for the service then it is deemed that the customer has accepted the clause. We are not liable for any claims against lack or deficiency of Service; non-fulfilment or unsatisfactory fulfilment of Service purchased by the user from the third party. Thus, we shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the users.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your booking anytime up to 2 days of the slot/timings for which you have booked a session, by calling or messaging us during the business hours at +91 81091 41618. In that case, we will refund any booking amount already paid by you or reschedule the appointment, accordingly.

In case of any cancellation made less than 2 days of the slot booked, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Once cancelled, the refund will be processed, in the original mode of payment which will include the transaction costs, if any, and will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 business days.

In case of any rescheduling made less than 2 days of the slot booked, reschedule fee of 25% of the booking amount will be charged.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, the whole booking amount will be applied to rendering of future services to you by us.

Privacy Policy
